Wheatless: King Arthur Gluten Free Flour

Instead of using the pre-packaged KA pizza mix, I made a shell from their all-purpose flour.  The results were different!

I pre-baked the crust according to the package directions, then loaded on toppings.

Baked and done!  This shell had more flex and moisture to it than the pre-mix I blogged about previously.

This wasn't immediately identifiable as a wheatless crust, and I preferred the texture over the pre-mix crust.
