Weekend Cook: Smoked Pork Ribs

Smoked Pork Ribs
It was one of those days, when Dan looked in the refrigerator and said: "Where's the Pork?"

Here's the pork.  We are out of our own until November, but our local supermarket hasn't failed us yet.

After smoking for 4 1/2 hours - until the ribs cracked apart when twisted - I let them rest and made up some steamed red rice and oyster mushrooms from farmer's market.  There was a salad, I swear.
