Very yummy. I stuffed them with asiago prior to cooking, and made them a bit thinner than last time. You can see the cheese that stuck to the outside got a bit burned on the leftmost one.
I like that I can control the sodium in arepas - far different from buying pre-made wheatless bagels or breads to make sandwiches. It takes about 15 minutes to make them, all told, and well worth the time.
