Burlington Farmer's Market 2012 #4: A River Runs Through It

Blowing in the wind
It was so windy, that we tied the tent to coolers full of meat to keep it from blowing over.  The one side we brought kept the worst of the blow from sweeping everything light off the tables.

It was only a light rain, but a foot-wide river appeared and swept leaves and debris through the rear of our stand.

It was a great day for vendors to walk around and explore the market. Trading goods with each other put happy smiles on wet and weary faces.

Greens, flowers, berries, and crafts -- grab an umbrella, shop locally, and I'll see you at market!
