Roasted Sweet Potato |
After a vegetable drought, and eating out of the cupboards because the roof repair cost twice what I had budgeted, we are back to making trips to the grocery store. (Thank you, wholesale cheese clients, for paying on time.)

Roasted Carrots, Onions, Garlic |
These carrots were so sweet! Just a bit of sunflower oil, salt, and into a 425f oven for 40 minutes (turn once or twice). The onions were done in about 10 minutes, they cook up superfast (and make a killer pizza).
