Quick and Easy: Chili for Dogs

Chili Dog
 This recipe is still a work in progress, because I used way, way too many hot peppers (28)!


After roasting the peppers and removing the skins I had about a cup and a half of puree, which I mixed with a pound of ground beef and a can of Rotel diced tomatoes (I had no defrosted roasted tomatoes of my own).


I brought this to a simmer and let it cook for 40 minutes (the peppers will mellow once cooked thoroughly).
Adjust for salt, and done!
