Oil Press and Filter

 Dan uncrated our oil press, and - believe it or not - an old milk bulk tank to store oil in!

We currently use one of these vessels (a larger one) to make cheese in, and find again that good used dairy equipment never goes out of style.

We will be attending the Crops and Soils Field Day (UVM Extension) on August 4th to see an oil press in operation.   I'll definitely be taking pictures!
