Wheatless: King Arthur GF Bread Mix

Instead of following the box instructions for a loaf of bread, I made rolls.

The farm's eggs made these very yellow; they cooked at 350f for only 20 minutes (a loaf takes at least double that amount of time).

As you can see, the interior has many fluffy holes.  The texture was slightly gritty from the rice flour, and when buttered they seemed a bit salty.  I froze these for another day - after eating one with plenty of butter.
