Our little pigs are here! They arrived two months later than anticipated, which means they will be processed in November - after farmer's market concludes for the season.
We will certainly run out of pork over the summer, but on the bright side, there will be plenty of pork for winter deliveries - and our new pigman is located only 1/2 mile down the road.
