Turkey Done!


The turkey breast was done at 9:00 a.m. - an hour and a half sooner than expected - probably due to Dan having removed the spine before cooking.

The legs are still in the oven.  They were also cooking quickly, but I turned the oven down to 225f to try and get them done closer to noon.  I'm also in charge of gravy (wheat-free).
