It's 5:30 a.m. and a 24-lb. turkey breast is on the Big Green Egg sitting in a rack you can barely see on the platesetter. It should be ready around 11:30, just in time to rest before the big gathering - but just in case, the 10-lb. legs and the wings are going into the kitchen oven.
