Aged Gore-Dawn-Zola

We didn't make much of this for 2009, and this is the last wheel. Like all our aged cheeses, it will be sold through farmer's market; there simply isn't enough to offer wholesale. GDZ aged is even more flavorful and complex, a real treat.
