The Saturday market in City Hall Park was breezy and cool all day. This week was Jazzfest, which brought more foot traffic, but few additional shoppers. As with other co-park events, it brought a noise level just a bit too loud to speak to customers without yelling. Pleasant at times, but noisy all the same.
