This product is on the shelf at the local supermarket sandwiched between the gluten-free dry goods section and the gluten-free frozen section; it does not have any wheat ingredients listed and NO allergen disclosure (the reason I bought it).
I found out the truth about Seeds of Change the hard way, by becoming ill and having to backtrack over what or where I ate in the previous 24-hours. It wasn't until I checked their website that I found it was processed on shared equipment with wheat products. Usually, there are clear indications on the ingredient portion of a label such as "Allergy Information: may contain peanuts, wheat or soy" if common allergens are present.
No allergen disclosure on the label? Shame on this company!
