Freezing!

It's up and running!  This 8x12 walk-in freezer takes the place of half our old white chesties and will make accessing product much simpler.  No more deep-freeze diving for veal liver and pork cutlets!

We had several requests for the spare freezers and they have already found a new home with a local beef seller in need of more storage.

...and the test turkey.  We haven't loaded the freezer because I want to be sure it's working properly before I commit large amounts of product to it.

("Pat" was not the name of the turkey.)
