Clearing out the Dashboard

Oven-Roasted Cauliflower
 So easy to do: oven 375f, sunflower oil and salt.  Check at 20 minutes, turn if necessary. Done!

Potsticker Dumplings
 Made these for a Thanksgiving appetizer.  Store-bought skins, pork, ginger, mushroom and leek filling.  My sister took the leftovers home!

The gluten-free leftovers, turned into a delicious soup with Cup4cup dumplings.
