Water Heater

As long as I've been on this farm, they have used electricity* to heat water for the parlor - and had to constantly swap out the heating elements because the water corrodes everything.

*At least, so long as I've been interested.

Now we are using oil, and not looking back.  The water is hotter and cleans better, and is probably less expensive - but who knows?**

**And admittedly, I don't care, so long as we continue to get premiums for producing superior quality milk.
