Smoked Salmon Steaks

Smoked Salmon
It's getting kind of cold to be using the Traeger pig. The inch-thick fish took nearly double the time to cook (about 2 hours at 200f).  The steaks were coated in mustard and Dizzy Pig "Shakin' The Tree".

Fragrant, spicy, and covered in butter.  Mixed the leftovers with mayonnaise to make a sandwich.
