Quick and Easy: Sirloin Tip Kabobs

Sirloin Tip Kabobs
I had a 2-pound sirloin tip steak that was very well marbled, and I felt like grilling kabobs.

I cut the meat into cubes and marinated them for 8 hours in ordinary Italian dressing, threaded onto four skewers and grilled over medium heat for about six minutes on one side (cover down) and four minutes on the opposite side.

The only hard part was cooking in the dark at night, as our porch spotlight burned out.
