Grilled Potatoes

Grilled Potatoes
Here's an idea for an interesting side.  I baked Yukon Golds in the oven at 350f until a knife passed through easily and refrigerated them overnight.  The following day I cut them in half, brushed them with sunflower oil, gave them a sprinkle of salt and placed them on the grill for about 10 - 20 minutes, turning once.
