Beef and Pork Stuffed Peppers

 I used the pork and beef mixture here to stuff a few sweet peppers from my mother's garden.

These were covered in Monterey Jack and baked at 425f for 25 minutes.

Yum. And the sliced leftovers are perfect for a pizza - or tacos.
