Monday Menu: Peas and Veal Skirt


While Dan replaces the gasket on the Big Green Egg, I did a quick cook on the gas grill.


Peas and freshly sliced garlic in foil will cook alongside the meat.


Simply salt, pepper and EVOO, plus a few minutes a side on "high".

Viola! A huge stack of meat served over leftover Chinese rice.
