Chicken Day

We now have chickens available at farmer's market!  The menu for the workers this time around was ground pork sliders, beet and goat feta salad, fennel in balsamic vinaigrette, and a carrot salad.  My sister made an apple crisp for dessert, there was Island Ice Cream, and Mom made a strawberry compote to top it all.  Good eats!
