Weekend Cook: Steelhead Trout

Grilled Trout
 I painted the fish with mustard and sprinkled on a dry rub, it barely took 8 minutes to cook on a hot grill (cover down).

It got a bit singed on the sides, but the filet was perfect.

The asparagus was coated in Italian dressing before cooking for about ten minutes, rolling them around the grill.

Grilled Corn
The corn, however, was a huge disappointment.  It was mealy, and nearly combusted because it was so old.
