Braised Brussels, Curry Noodles

Braised Brussel Sprouts
 This looks like vegan spaghetti and meatballs.  It was pretty good on its own but I had some smoked beef, smoked chicken, and sauteed mushrooms to add. (The red curry had been previously frozen.)


Mess on a plate, but a satisfying and quick meal.  I love sprouts (a reversal of my childhood preferences), but as you can see these are not the overdone smooshy ones we used to get at school.
