Beef Ribs

Beef Ribs
All I can say is "Wow".  Tender, fall off the bone deliciousness.  Never discard the bones from a rib roast - cook them again!


These ribs were coated in barbecue sauce and a splash of beer, then placed in a 250f oven (covered) for about 4 hours.


The only hard part is keeping Dan from eating them all. Yum!
