Monday Menu: Spring Rolls


For those of us who can't eat real bread anymore, spring rolls are the perfect conveyance for tasty sandwich fillings.


Roasted chicken, thinly sliced radish, carrots, mache (love that green), red onion and fennel on a translucent skin.


All rolled and ready for dipping into salad dressing, or Dan's favorite: horseradish cream.



Yummy, pretty, and it settles the craving for a real sandwich as well.
