New Cheesemakers: Boston Post Dairy
On a return trip over Jay to pick up our meats from Brault's Processing, we saw this sign in Enosburg and stopped in.
They are only making cheese here once or twice a week, but there is fresh chevre for sale,
along with red veal, for higher prices than I can charge at the Burlington Farmer's market!
Locally-made goat's milk soap as well - my one regret was that we did not buy any, but I'll have another chance in August, when the pigs "go to market".
