Gulls know where to hang at farmer's market, near the stone tables. These three scroungers were attracted to a temporarily abandoned sandwich.
One ran off with the top bun, while the others fought over the remains. Then, they had to contend with the returning sandwich owners and calculate whether to stay and fight, or to chase after their compatriot.
They decided to stalk the perturbed couple and roll the dice (who's gonna eat that sandwich?) The bird with the toast got clean away.
