This turkey crossed the road in front of our truck near the power station, and a few have been hit by cars on the Highgate/St. Albans road. A group of about twenty collect in the alfalfa field across the road from our house every morning while the males parade around, but are too far away to make a decent photo. Twenty years ago, there were none at all.
