Quick and Easy: Cupboard Curry

Clearing out the pantry and the freezer at the same time! A seafood curry over noodles with onions, sweet peppers, shrimp and calamari.

(Gluten-free pantry staples)

I had purchased this curry paste at Rail City Market, even though the assistant in the store had warned me that it was the hottest she had ever had. It's actually a "medium" curry in the chili heat department, I'll definitely buy it again.

Saute onions and peppers, then a can of this, can of that, (simmered according to the directions) then a handful of boiled noodles.

Lastly, the seafood for a six minute simmer.

Mess on a plate, but yummy, spicy, easy.
