Wheatless: Bionaturae pasta


If you are searching for foods that are gluten free, this pasta brand is tops.

It is very close to the texture of wheat pasta (in spite of being a tad rubbery - and I mean "just a tad".

Dan has mistaken it for real wheat pasta, twice.

I've also noticed that with subtly flavored sauces a potato-skin-flavor comes through.
