Farmer's Market #20: Winding Down

It started out quiet and cool; Dan had his two breakfasts.

It takes between two to four hours to cut, wrap, and price cheese for farmer's market. At the height of market we bring 40-50 pounds each week; we are bringing about 30 pounds now, as the number of shoppers declines after Labor Day.

We will have pig heads this week, too.

There are a wide variety of cuts available and specials each week.

And lastly, a doggie with one blue eye and one brown eye! See you at market.
