Farmer's Market #18: Fast and Furious

Dan, having his first breakfast. Here are some scenes from last week's Burlington Farmer's Market.

As you can see, we are offering some specials. But the item I thought would move the fastest, bacon ends, received no love. We sold out of the beef and veal shanks; ground veal and veal sirloin are always popular.

This photo illustrates just how bright the sunlight was.

The park after setting up at 8:30. There are already shoppers walking around.

I am always amazed at how fast the park fills up on a nice day. The time is around noon. We had so many shoppers that both of us were waiting on customers.

Dan bought a couple of batards from Naga Bakehouse; these are covered in rye seeds that they grow themselves.

There were more people carrying flowers than I have ever seen before.

Here's the most adorable dog of the day and his sweet ride. See you at market!
