When I first started trying and documenting non-wheat pastas I figured there would be a boat- load of disappointments, but very few have let me down. This brand is mainly a brown-rice product so it's pretty hearty, not delicate at all, and it reheats without falling apart.

If you are looking for solid choices in the wheat-free aisle, feel confident about choosing the packages with the cartoon bunny rabbits hugging a giant grain of rice.
