Where is our meat processed? At Brault's Processing in Troy, Vermont, as indicated by the State of Vermont symbol in the upper right hand corner of our meat labels. Each processor in the state has a different number (10 for Brault's) and a different symbol. We have been using Brault's exclusively for our commercial processing the past ten years.
