Weekend Cook: CSA Lamb Chops


We are beginning to eat our CSA lamb from Willow Hill Farm. These chops were coated in a rub from Dizzy Pig called "Red Eye" due to the inclusion of coffee in the ingredients. A few turns on the grill and they were done in less than 10-minutes, and no clean up - which is what I love about cooking outdoors. I served it with fresh mesclun from farmer's market and soft-boiled eggs from the farm.
