This is a case that Dan made for displaying cheese at farmers' market. It has frozen gel packs underneath to keep everything cool. We will be selling whole wheels of our cheddary tomme, called Tomme Collins (after Myron Collins, who helps make the cheeses) every Saturday until we run out.
