Chicken Filling for Raviolis

Gluten-free Chicken-filled Ravioli
I have an alternate filling for the ravioli recipe below:

1 Lb. Cubed Chicken Breast (skinless)
1 TB Sunflower Oil
1 TB Sriracha
1 Egg White
2 tsp. Tapioca Flour
1 tsp. Black Pepper Flakes
3 Cloves of Garlic, grated fine
3/4 tsp. Kosher Salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade.  Process until smooth.

Refrigerate for at least an hour for the flavors and texture to come together.

Use for ravioli.
