Project Sunflower: Nearing Completion!

Dan ran a test batch through the oil press and got a gallon of - well, black stuff.

Instead of running it through the big press (the batch was too small) I filtered out the hulls using coffee filters.

How's that?  It tastes and smells intensely like sunflower seeds (especially when used in cooking) and looks like olive oil.  Next up: logos, a decision about bottling, pricing, t-shirts?
