Pointy Cabbage Cole Slaw

Heirloom Cabbage
This is an heirloom version of the modern round cabbage.  It looks like it's going to hatch a Cabbage Patch Kid!

(Dragonfly Sugarworks has these at farmer's market.)

Dressing recipe:

1/2 cup mayonnaise, and two teaspoons each of onion powder, garlic powder. Then 1/2 tsp. each of celery salt and mustard powder, 1-2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, and enough white sugar to give a sweet/sour balance (1-2-3 TB). I always add the sugar to taste at the end, and if it seems too sweet, I add a bit more vinegar.

Easy to cut this cabbage, there isn't much of a core.

Creamy Cole Slaw
Yummy!  It's not really purple, that's just a reflection of the blue dish.
