Cheese! That's what's missing. Three weeks of production was thrown into the manure pit because a mouse got in to the room over the weekend and ruined 1,000 pounds of cheese - think about losing $10,000 in a day, and you've got the gist of what that feels like.
The bowl on the floor is baited with the stinkiest cheese we make, Brother Laurent, and the entire plant has been seeded with three times the normal amount of sticky traps.
**Update - one week later the elusive bastard has been caught out in the open, and disposed of.
