Weekend Cook: Drummettes


These are always an easy-do.

Drummies on the grill with our house rub, 275f - 300f.  Cover down, about 18 minutes per side, moving the wings around to get them crispy over the hot spots.


Typical eats around here for a lazy weekend afternoon in between cuts of hay.   We will be starting second cut any day now.
