Wheatless: Schar Pizza Crusts


That's local mozzarella, brie, sausage and red sauce - on a wheat-free pizza crust, and without disappointments.


Think 'thin crust' pizza and you pretty much have the idea of what this product is like.  No sponginess, weird flavors or off-textures.  And you can load it up with toppings without worrying if it will cook through or go mushy.


Wheatless pizza victory, and Dan didn't mind one bit!
