What does it taste like? Well, the muffin itself had no taste I could discern, which is a good thing - some of these gluten-free products have a chemical aftertaste. The interior texture is like angel food cake, not craggy English muffiny at all. The outer crust shatters and makes it messy to eat - but hey, you can really pile the sweetness on - so what's not to like this early in the morning?
