It's a sunny-side up egg, toast, and shredded cheese squashed together with mayo and mustard. Yes, I know it looks like a great mess on a plate, but that's mainly due to a far too emphatic squeeze of mustard, and the fact I was operating within a time constraint. I had only 1/2 hour before I had to be back at the cheeseplant.

I've been up since 4:00 a.m., and this is my only opportunity to eat until 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. That's no optical illusion, the sandwich is genuinely wee. Gotta invest in some snack bars.
The verdict: not as terrible as I thought it would be. The crusts had a tendency to fall off but that might be due to being stored frozen. Honestly, it was pretty good, even though it did give me heartburn.
