Weekend Cook: Turkey soup with soul


Mmmmm! Simply rich stock made from the turkey carcass, meat from the giant wings, savoy, celery, carrots and glass noodles simmered until the veggies are crunchy tender. Oh, and I had 2 tablespoons of Mom's sausage stuffing that made its way in, too. Is there such a thing as too much smoked turkey?
