This saturday is the last outdoor market in 2008, for the Burlington Farmer's Market; our own deliveries to the Staples parking lot start November 15th, and then on the 3rd weekend of each month until May.
We've run out of two of our seasonal cheeses: Madison and Brother Laurent. Tomme Collins is getting low, and Boucher Blue (pictured) and Gore-Dawn-Zola batches sell out each week. It looks like we won't catch up on production until the first quarter of next year - is that a good thing or a bad thing? Who knows, but it keeps us busy!
