The last of the sunflowers are fading and the frost is claiming the remaining flowers near the house. We are starting the soybean harvest today, after cleaning out the dregs at the bottom of the grain bin and changing the equipment heads over. I hope to post some photos of roasting them - which has always fascinated me - the process makes the air smell like peanut butter.
