From the top, Madison; then clockwise, Gore-dawn-zola, Boucher Blue, Tomme Collins, Brother Laurent, and center, Aged Boucher Blue. We usually don't have any aged blues, but this one was discovered unsold two months after the rest of the batch was purchased, hiding behind a younger cheese.
